Run them through a traffic estimator
Compile them on a spreadsheet
Sort them by traffic
Eliminate all with negligible traffic
Eliminate those with too high traffic for you to be able to compete
Eliminate those not related to your niche
Eliminate all the non buyer or non commercial keywords

#Get more keywords off the one you generated

Out of the above list,
get a list of say any 50(smaller lists so it's easier to manage)
Generate spell check variations
Generate synonyms
Think of other words based on your knowledge of the niche

#Finding your exact competitions

Take the keywords lists generated above,
and generate urls for those keywords
- Now you have the exact competitor urls you have
to compete against.

This works for SEO as well as Search engine ads
