Seowolf Longtail is a free keyword research tool that provides LSI and long-tail keyword suggestions. The Tool is provided "as is" without any warranties.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Tool only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to overload, flood, or crash our servers
• Not use automated scripts or bots without permission
• Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Not resell or redistribute the Tool's output as a competing service

4. Rate Limiting

To ensure fair usage for all users, we implement rate limiting. Excessive requests may be temporarily blocked.

5. Intellectual Property

The Seowolf Longtail name, logo, and interface design are proprietary. Keyword data provided through the Tool is sourced from the Datamuse API.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Tool is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Seowolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool.

8. Third-Party Services

The Tool uses the Datamuse API for keyword data. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
