Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: July 8, 2026
In short: some links on Seowolf are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase or sign up, we may earn a commission — at no extra cost to you. This never affects which tools are free to use.

1. What This Means

Seowolf is free to use and doesn't require an account. To help cover the cost of running the Site, some pages — including our Hosting Recommender, our Wayback expired-domain tool, and select banners across the Site — contain affiliate links to third-party products and services, such as web hosting providers, domain tools, and marketing software.

When you click one of these links and go on to sign up, subscribe, or make a purchase, the merchant or an affiliate network may pay us a commission. This comes from the merchant's marketing budget, not from you, and it does not change the price you pay.

2. Affiliate Networks We Work With

We participate in affiliate programs through networks such as Awin and Impact, along with direct partner programs run by individual hosting and software companies. These networks use tracking technology (cookies or similar identifiers) attached to outbound links so that a purchase can be correctly credited back to Seowolf as the referring site.

3. How This Affects Our Recommendations

Our recommendations — for example, which hosting providers appear in the Hosting Recommender — are based on our own evaluation of features, pricing, and real-world performance. Affiliate relationships do not let a company buy a better ranking, review, or recommendation from us. That said, because we may earn a commission from some of the providers listed, you should treat these as sponsored recommendations and do your own research before making a purchasing decision, especially for anything involving recurring payments.

4. Tools Are Never Paywalled by Affiliate Links

No tool on Seowolf requires you to click an affiliate link, sign up for a partner service, or make a purchase in order to use it. Affiliate links appear alongside our free tools, never in place of them.

5. Sponsored Content & Banners

Occasionally, the Site displays banner advertisements from advertising partners (for example, through the Awin network). These are clearly presented as advertiser content and are separate from the editorial recommendations described above.

6. Questions

If you have questions about a specific link, partnership, or how a recommendation was chosen, reach out through our consult page. For how we handle data related to affiliate tracking, see our Privacy Policy.
