The Seowolf Demographic Checker is a free online tool that uses probabilistic algorithms to estimate the likely gender, age range, and nationality of a given first name. The Service is intended for informational and research purposes only, including audience analysis, SEO research, and content strategy planning.

Important: All outputs are statistical estimates based on aggregate data. They are not definitive statements about any individual person and must not be treated as such.

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

Analysing anonymised or publicly available name datasets for marketing or research
Improving audience segmentation and content personalisation strategies
Academic or journalistic research into name demographics
Internal business analytics where individuals are not identified or targeted based solely on predictions

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service in any manner that:

Discriminates against individuals based on predicted demographic attributes
Constitutes profiling, targeting, or harassment of specific individuals
Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service

Circumvents, disables, or otherwise interferes with security features of the Service

Data & Predictions

The predictions returned by the Service are derived from third-party statistical databases. Seowolf does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any prediction. Names submitted to the Service are processed transiently; we do not store name lists submitted by users beyond the current browser session.

You are solely responsible for how you use, store, or act upon the data returned by the Service. You must ensure your use complies with applicable data protection regulations, including but not limited to GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA where applicable.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Seowolf and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent. The Seowolf name and logo are trademarks of Seowolf.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seowolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed £100 (one hundred pounds sterling).
